It goes through forests, mountain pine fields up to the ridge of the Bodenschneid. At the top we are rewarded by a great distant view to the surrounding lakes. The descent is in the direction of Bodenschneidhaus, but before we reach it we turn right in the direction of Obere Firstalm and back to Untere Firstalm. Here we take the forest road back to the Spitzingsee and the hotel, where an extensive snack awaits us and a subsequent jump into the lake.
