Regionality is very important to us. The Schlierseer LandKüche offers traditional and local dishes based on tried-and-tested regional recipes. We only cook with seasonal ingredients to guarantee the best freshness – the Schlierseer LandKüche is a four-season cuisine.
Primarily regional products and ingredients from the Bavarian highlands are used. This is how we express our ties to our homeland and our trust in our local partners. Preferred suppliers are farmers, fishermen and hunters, butchers and bakers, confectioners, brewers and distillers from Schliersee and the surrounding area.
