open-minded and caring as a contact person on the phone for reservations, wishes as well as questions of the callers
responsible at the cash desk

Your tasks

Charming, polite communication with incoming calls and e-mails as well as processing requests and questions
Process inquiries
Enter and process reservations (we work with OPERA)
Optimal utilization of the guest rooms with the highest possible rate
Interface and pass on information for housekeeping coordination
Conducting personal and telephone sales calls with customers
Expansion and maintenance of contacts with existing customers
