During the Bavarian vacation periods and from July to October, we offer a guided e-mountain bike tour with our Michaela every Thursday. As a bike and hiking guide, she knows the Spitzingsee area inside out since her childhood.

Around the Rotwand

Fabulous, moderately difficult tour around the highest mountain in the Tegernsee-Schliersee Alpine region. A varied tour over asphalt roads, forest tracks, past beautiful vantage points and attractive valleys with delicious refreshment stops between Aurach and Bayrischzell.

Into the Valepp valley

The three surrounding lakes can be reached by e-bike: Spitzingsee, Tegernsee and Schliersee. This tour is made for e-bikes and offers numerous rest and bathing stops along the route.

Alm tour

This fairly demanding half-day tour rewards you with fantastic distant views of the “mountains in Tyrol” and also offers numerous refreshment stops along the way.

Valepp – Spitzingsee – Freudenreich

Challenging loop between the Schliersee, Tegernsee and Spitzingsee lakes, with a carrying stretch from the Freudenreich Sattel to the Freudenreich-Alm. Otherwise, this tour is suitable for almost everyone and offers nice places to stop and swim in the Tegernsee or Spitzingsee lakes.

The cinematic bike tour

The Alpine region of Tegernsee-Schliersee is also known for its numerous film productions. From Marcus H. Rosenmüller’s “Wer früher stirbt, ist länger tot” to the cult series “Ein Bayer auf Rügen” to the children’s show “Pumuckl”, many films and series have been shot in our region to date. Discover the most beautiful locations by bike and enjoy myriad views of the area around the Wendelstein.

Leitzachtal round-trip

Very beautiful, but also long, extended road bike ride through the Bavarian highlands. You can expect a colourful mix of small climbs, great views of the Leitzach and the Mangfall, as well as a final climb back to the hotel. With three small exceptions, the route follows side roads and cars are rarely encountered here. Look forward to a welcome espresso at the Dinzler on the Irschenberg, while a cool dip in the lake and a delicious dinner await you on your return to the Spitzingsee.
